Creative.

With raw creativity at my core - I have had the pleasure of working in many areas of design, production and management. Centred around nature and people, I am inspired by the strength of a character and moved by nature in its starkest form. Multi faceted thinking in answer to creative brief - with a firm understanding of customer needs and expectations.

Team Builder.

A vibrant, dynamic leader. I am inspirational and lead by example from within the team structure. Working fresh ideas around obstacles and issues, meeting new challenges head on. Finding ways to build innovation into work systems, using careful blending of skill sets.  Always allowing the strongest aspects of each team member to shine out.

Most recent experience in Fashion Retail Management has seen me able to utilise these skills daily. Keeping the customer firmly central. Providing the highest quality in service. Supportive in encouraging an engaged, enthused and informed group of individuals. Tight hand on metrics and agility to shift in trade as required on a daily basis

Sustainability.

As sustainability ambassador in my current role - I have had the pleasure of working with various charities. Organising volunteer schedules and making exciting use of the opportunity to re-purpose and recycle visual merchandising material from store. Keeping abreast of the newest innovations in sustainable thinking from my own company. Benchmarking the activity of direct competitors and others from similar categories.
